    Review by hotel critic

During my gourmet escape at Mercure, I was enamored by the culinary offerings, which truly showcased the fusion of local and international flavors. The a la carte breakfast at Pelivan was a delight, reminiscent of a cozy morning in Zagreb. The spread was plentiful, offering a variety of cereals, fruits, hot dishes, and refreshing juices—catering to diverse tastes much like the cultural tapestry of the Western Balkans. The rivers Sava and Danube whispered tales of culinary adventures at Beton Hala, resonating with the vibrant modern culture of the region.Exploring nearby eateries like Dva Stapica and Poslasticarnica Lion Beograd added another layer to my epicurean journey, each bite a mosaic of flavors echoing the rich Ottoman influences of the area.Incontro, El Escondite, and Magija MB beckoned with promises of gastronomic magic, mirroring the hotel's culinary innovation and commitment to providing a truly immersive dining experience. From the hearty breakfasts to the vibrant local and international dishes, Mercure's restaurant truly captured the essence of the region's gastronomic heritage. Plan your visit and let your taste buds travel through the captivating flavors of Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
